Case studies

What clients hired us to do, what changed, and what it cost them.

We publish case studies only where the client has approved the wording. Where we cannot name a client, we say so and describe the engagement in a way that lets you judge the work.

[Client name or anonymised description]

Sector: [Sector]   Engagement length: [Months]   Outcome: [One sentence]

The problem

[Two short paragraphs. What was the situation when we walked in. What had they tried. What were the constraints, regulatory, commercial or political. Write the way you would talk about it on a call.]

What we did

[Three to five bullets. Be specific. "Reduced the change advisory board to a tenth of its meetings by introducing a risk-based change classification scheme" beats "improved change management." Numbers if you have them, ranges if you don't.]

What changed

[Two to four bullets. Measured outcomes. Cost, time, risk, incident count, lead time, energy use, audit findings.]

What we did not do

[One paragraph. The bits that were out of scope. Counter-intuitive, but it builds trust.]

[Second case study, same structure]
